    Position Overview
    We are looking for a Junior NVH Engineer with a strong background in mechanical vibrations and a genuine interest in NVH, experimental testing, and engineering problem-solving. The candidate will be involved in industrial NVH projects, from experimental testing and data acquisition to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and perform NVH tests and vibro-acoustic measurement campaigns on test benches, machines, and vehicles.
    • Analyze and interpret vibration and acoustic data to identify abnormal behavior and support root cause analysis.
    • Develop, validate, and improve diagnostic metrics and protocols.
    • Prepare technical reports and present results internally and to customers.
    • Support the installation, validation, and commissioning of MechVib Engineering solutions at customer sites.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Academic background including specific courses in Mechanical Vibrations or equivalent subjects.
    • Knowledge of programming tools for data processing and analysis, preferably Python.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad for testing campaigns, installations, and customer activities.
    • Thesis work, university projects, or previous experience in NVH, vibrations, structural dynamics, diagnostics, rotating machinery, or signal processing is considered a plus.
    • Experience with accelerometers, microphones, DAQ systems, and vibro-acoustic measurement equipment is considered a plus.
